Privacy Policy
Last updated October 10, 2026
This policy explains what Raffle Pro (operated by WITCO) collects, why, and who it is shared with. It covers two groups of people: organizers, who run raffles, and entrants, who buy tickets.
If you enter a raffle
When you buy a ticket we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number and mailing address, only if the organizer asks for them;
- your answer to the organizer’s own question, if they ask one;
- what you bought, when, and your ticket numbers.
Your card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and never reach us. We use your information to issue and email your ticket numbers, to let the organizer run the raffle and contact winners, and to keep a record of the draw. The organizer running the raffle can see your details in their dashboard; they are responsible for how they use them. If you win, your first name and last initial are shown on the public raffle page — never your email, phone, or address.
If you organize a raffle
We collect your name, email, organization name, the compliance details you confirm for each raffle, and what you upload. Your organization’s banking and identity details are collected by Stripe during onboarding and held by Stripe, not by us.
Who else processes this data
We use a small number of service providers, each only for its job:
- Stripe — payments, payouts, and organizer verification.
- Supabase — our database, file storage, and login.
- Resend — sending ticket and account emails.
- Vercel — hosting the website.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep organizers signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it, and your choices
Raffle records are kept so organizers can meet their own record-keeping and reporting obligations. [Retention period — counsel to confirm.] You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@getrafflepro.com; where a record belongs to an organizer’s raffle, we may refer you to them as well.
Children
Raffle Pro is not intended for children. Organizers must not sell tickets to anyone their state’s raffle law does not allow.
