Terms of Service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of Raffle Pro at getrafflepro.com, operated by WITCO (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or running a raffle on Raffle Pro, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent (“you”, the “organizer”).
1. What Raffle Pro is — and is not
Raffle Pro is software. It lets an organization publish a raffle page, sell tickets through the organization’s own Stripe account, keep a list of entrants, and draw winners. WITCO does not run, sponsor, or conduct any raffle. Each raffle is conducted solely by the organizer that created it.
2. Your responsibilities as organizer
- You are legally permitted to conduct the raffle where it is conducted and where tickets are sold, and you hold every licence, permit, or registration that applies. Raffle law differs by state and some states do not permit raffles of this kind at all.
- You confirm this each time you create a raffle, and we keep a dated record of what you confirmed. We do not verify it and are not responsible if it is wrong.
- You are responsible for the prizes: that they exist, are described accurately, are awarded to the winners drawn, and for any taxes, reporting, or withholding that awarding them requires.
- You are responsible for refunds, cancellations, and any dispute with someone who bought a ticket, and for following your own published rules.
- You keep the information of the people who enter your raffle confidential and use it only for your raffle and your organization’s legitimate purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Payments
Ticket sales are processed by Stripe directly into your organization’s Stripe account. Your organization is the merchant of record. Stripe’s fees are charged to you by Stripe. We take no percentage of ticket sales and never hold the money. Your use of Stripe is governed by the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement, which you accept when you connect.
Raffle Pro’s own packages ($79, $149, $349) are a flat fee per raffle, charged by us. A package raises that raffle’s entrant limit and is not transferable to another raffle. [Refund policy for packages — to be confirmed: e.g. refundable in full if the raffle has taken no entries.]
4. Drawing winners
When you press Draw, the winning ticket is chosen from paid tickets by a cryptographically secure random process, and we record the ticket, the time, and the number of tickets in the pool. A ticket can win only once per raffle. Tickets whose purchase has been fully refunded are excluded. You may instead draw in person using printed tickets; if you do, you are responsible for the fairness of that draw.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Raffle Pro to:
- run a raffle you are not permitted to run, or misrepresent a prize or cause;
- sell tickets for anything other than a genuine raffle by your organization;
- collect personal information you do not need, or use entrants’ details for anything unrelated to your raffle or organization;
- interfere with the service, other organizers’ raffles, or anyone’s account.
We may suspend or remove a raffle or account that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law, and we may cooperate with authorities who ask about one.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload — text, photos, video. You give us permission to host and display it as needed to run your raffle page, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Raffle Pro is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, WITCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from how you conduct your raffle, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the raffle concerned. [Counsel to confirm limitation wording.]
You agree to indemnify WITCO against claims arising from your raffle, your prizes, your compliance with raffle and tax law, or your breach of these terms.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Material changes will be announced by email or in your dashboard. You can stop using Raffle Pro at any time.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State — counsel to confirm]. Questions: support@getrafflepro.com.
